Preheat the oven to 350℉.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, chocolate protein powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
Make a well in the center of the bowl, then add the mashed bananas, nut milk, and peanut butter.
Mix all liquid ingredients well to combine.
Mix the wet ingredients into the dry to form a smooth batter.
Gently fold in 2 tbsp of chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into a greased or lined square/rectangular baking dish.
Evenly distribute the remaining 2 tbsp chocolate chips on top of the oat bar batter.
Bake the chocolate banana oat protein bars for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the bars cool completely before cutting them into eight rectangular pieces.
