- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/3 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen will work)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp hemp hearts
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk (I used unsweetened soymilk)
- 1 tbsp coco whip (can sub any coconut whipped cream)
- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter (for topping)
Add the quick oats, chia seeds, hemp hearts, and cinnamon to a mason jar and mix well to combine.
Add the non-dairy milk and coconut whipped cream and mix again.
Add the mango chunks and mix one more time.
Pop the lid on the mason jar and place the oats in the refrigerator overnight to set.
When you're ready to eat your oats in the morning, add the peanut butter on top.
