Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/3 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen will work)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp hemp hearts
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk (I used unsweetened soymilk)
  • 1 tbsp coco whip (can sub any coconut whipped cream)
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter (for topping)

Instructions
 

  • Add the quick oats, chia seeds, hemp hearts, and cinnamon to a mason jar and mix well to combine.
  • Add the non-dairy milk and coconut whipped cream and mix again.
  • Add the mango chunks and mix one more time.
  • Pop the lid on the mason jar and place the oats in the refrigerator overnight to set.
  • When you're ready to eat your oats in the morning, add the peanut butter on top.
