rolled or quick cooking oats

fresh
apple
(I used a gala apple)
1/8
tsp
cinnamon
1/2 cup
+ 2 tbsp
water

tbsp
creamy nut butter
(I used peanut butter)
splash of
nut milk
(I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
pure maple syrup to taste
(for topping)
Instructions
Finely chop the fresh apple.
Add the oats, water, and half of the chopped apple to a microwave safe dish.
Microwave for 60 seconds.
Add the cinnamon and a splash of almond milk.
Mix to combine thoroughly.
Top the oats with the rest of the chopped apple, the nut butter, and a drizzle of pure maple syrup.
Dig in and enjoy.
