Ingredients

quick oats

tbsp
peanut butter
1
tbsp
chocolate chips

tsp
cocoa powder
1/4
tsp
baking powder
1/2

nut milk
(I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)

tbsp
pure maple syrup
Instructions
Add the quick oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, nut milk, and pure maple syrup to a high speed blender or food processor.
Blend until a smooth batter forms.
Gently fold two tsp of the chocolate chips into the pancake batter.
Pour dollops of batter onto a greased pan or pancake griddle.
Cook the pancakes for a few minutes until they start to bubble.
Flip the pancakes and cook them for a few more minutes.
Plate the pancakes.
Top the pancakes off with the peanut butter, the remaining chocolate chips, and more pure maple syrup if desired.
