The quickest, easiest, vegan chocolate mug cake that cooks in just one minute in the microwave.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp chocolate protein powder (I used Orgain simple in the chocolate peanut butter cup flavor)
  • 2 tbsp oats (blended into a flour)
  • 1/2 tbsp chocolate chips (I used both semi-sweet and dark chocolate chips)
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • 3 1/2 tbsp water

Instructions
 

  • Add the protein powder, oat flour, and baking powder to a microwave safe dish, and mix to combine.
  • Add in the water, and mix again.
  • Top the mixture with the chocolate chips.
  • Microwave your mug cake for 75 - 90 seconds, or until firm.
