I love experimenting with different flavors, which is exactly how this creamy chocolate flavor came about. This vegan chocolate banana ice cream serves as the perfect treat to enjoy on a warm summer evening. It is cold, refreshing, creamy, and delicious. Anyway, enough on that. For optimal flavor, you will want to freeze the bananas when they are ripe or overripe, as this is when they have the most sweetness.
