Ingredients
  

  • 1 soft flour tortilla of choice (I used a whole wheat tortilla)
  • 1 tbsp creamy natural peanut butter
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • optional add-ins (granola, chocolate chips, cereal, etc.)

Instructions
 

  • Spread the peanut butter evenly across one side of the tortilla.
  • Place the banana at the edge of the tortilla on top of the peanut butter spread.
  • Tightly roll the banana up inside the tortilla.
  • Use a sharp knife to cut the roll into banana "sushi" pieces.

  • Add optional peanut butter to the outside of each banana sushi piece, then roll each piece in your desired toppings.
