Banana Sushi Roll With Peanut Butter

- 1 soft flour tortilla of choice (I used a whole wheat tortilla)
- 1 tbsp creamy natural peanut butter
- 1 medium ripe banana
- optional add-ins (granola, chocolate chips, cereal, etc.)
Spread the peanut butter evenly across one side of the tortilla.
Place the banana at the edge of the tortilla on top of the peanut butter spread.
Tightly roll the banana up inside the tortilla.
Use a sharp knife to cut the roll into banana "sushi" pieces.
Add optional peanut butter to the outside of each banana sushi piece, then roll each piece in your desired toppings.
