Preheat the oven to 350° F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, whole wheat flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda.
Thoroughly mash the bananas with a fork.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, nut milk, and pure maples syrup.
Add the wet ingredients into the dry and mix to form a batter.
Pour the banana bread mixture into a lined or greased loaf pan.
Top the banana bread loaf with the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
Bake the banana bread for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the banana bread cool completely before removing it from the pan.
Cut the banana bread into slices.
