Moist and sweet vegan blueberry banana bread that is refined sugar free.

- 1/3 cup dates (about 2 1/2 dates, finely chopped)
- 4 overripe bananas
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 dash salt
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Mix all dry ingredients together (do not add the blueberries or dates yet)
Peel and mash bananas
Add all wet ingredients, including the mashed banana, into the dry mixture and combine thoroughly.
Fold in the chopped dates and blueberries
Bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
