- 3 fresh plums
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- a few dashes cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tbsp non-dairy milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- vegan vanilla ice cream / vegan whipped cream (optional, for topping)
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Finely chop the plums and distribute them evenly between 3 oven safe ramekins.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, oats, cinnamon, pure maple syrup, and almond milk.
Sprinkle the crumble mixture on top of the chopped plums, distributing it evenly between the three ramekins.
Pop the plum crumbles in the oven to bake for about 15 minutes, until the crumble topping is firm.
Top the plum crumbles with optional vegan vanilla ice cream or vegan whipped cream.
