- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup nut milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Add all dry ingredients, except the chocolate chips, to a mixing bowl.
Mix all dry ingredients well to combine.
Add the wet ingredients to the center of the bowl and mix the wet ingredients to combine thoroughly.
Mix the wet ingredients into the dry to form a smooth donut batter.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Evenly distribute the batter between six cavities of a silicone donut pan.
Bake the donuts for about 28 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the donuts cool before removing them from the donut pan.
Dig in and enjoy!
