Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup nut milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  • Add all dry ingredients, except the chocolate chips, to a mixing bowl.
  • Mix all dry ingredients well to combine.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the center of the bowl and mix the wet ingredients to combine thoroughly.
  • Mix the wet ingredients into the dry to form a smooth donut batter.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Evenly distribute the batter between six cavities of a silicone donut pan.
  • Bake the donuts for about 28 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let the donuts cool before removing them from the donut pan.
  • Dig in and enjoy!
